1. Program Eligibility:

   • All active members of Major Sports Performance are eligible to participate in the Refer a Friend and Rewards Program.

   • Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines outlined in this policy.

2. Referral Process:

   • Participants may refer friends, family members, or acquaintances to Major Sports Performance by providing them with a unique referral link or code.

   • Referrals must result in the referred individual becoming a paying member of Major Sports Performance for the referrer to be eligible for rewards.

3. Rewards:

   • Rewards may include, but are not limited to, discounts, exclusive merchandise, or access to special events.

   • The nature and value of rewards are subject to change at the discretion of Major Sports Performance.

4. Right to Modify or Terminate:

   • Major Sports Performance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend and Rewards Program at any time, without prior notice.

   • Major Sports Performance also reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the program, including but not limited to, the eligibility criteria, rewards structure, and referral process.

5. Points and Rewards:

   • Major Sports Performance retains the right to remove points or rewards from participant accounts if they are obtained through fraudulent activities or violations of program rules.

   • Points and rewards have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   • Major Sports Performance is not obligated to refund points or provide compensation for any lost or expired rewards.

6. Compliance:

   • Participants are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Major Sports Performance's policies and procedures, when participating in the Refer a Friend and Rewards Program.

7. Acceptance of Terms:

   • Participation in the Refer a Friend and Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Major Sports Performance reserves the right to interpret, modify, or enforce these policies at its sole discretion. Participants are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates or changes.
